Barby Coulter is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Teacher-Led Community Connections Network Member. She is a science teacher and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Coordinator at Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas. Barby earned a BS in biology with a minor in business administration and teaching certificate from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas.
