Madeline Cripe is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow and English language arts teacher at Carroll High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She coordinates curriculum, assessments, and pacing for students in 9th and 10th grade English courses. After completing her student teaching at Carroll High, Madeline was hired as a teacher there. She earned a bachelor’s in secondary education English language arts from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
