Mike Crown is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Equity Leadership Institute member and middle school/high school Dean of Students and Athletic Director at South Allegheny MS/HS in Liberty Borough, Pennsylvania. He works with all students focusing on restorative practices and discipline. Mike has been in education and athletics for more than 30 years, teaching business, computers and information technology while coaching various sports including football and track and field. He also has been president of the local teacher union. He earned an AS in business from Community College of Allegheny County, and a BS in management and Business, Computer, and Information Technology certificate, both from Robert Morris University.
