Dawn-Marie Fernandes is a Teach Plus Commonwealth Teaching Policy Fellow. Dawn teachers K-5 ESL at Davis Thayer Elementary School in Franklin, Massachusetts. She has previously taught Spanish at the high school level and has presented at local and state conferences on effectively teaching English Language Learners. Dawn-Marie earned a BA from the University of Delaware and a MEd from Worcester State University.
