Dawn St. Germain is a Teach Plus Commonwealth Teaching Policy Fellow. Dawn is a 4th grade teacher at Clara Barton Elementary School in Oxford, Massachusetts, where she serves as a mentor to new teachers and was the mentor coordinator at the elementary level. Dawn earned a BA in Biology/Elementary Education from Assumption College, a MEd from Worcester State University, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Curriculum, Teaching, and Leadership from Northeastern University.
