Dawrin Mota is a 2020-2021 Teach Plus Nevada Senior Policy Fellow and a math instructional coach at Elizondo Elementary School in Las Vegas. Dawrin also teaches a remedial math class at the College of Southern Nevada Adult Literacy and Language program. Prior to teaching, Dawrin served eight years in the U.S. Army reserve and active duty and has worked as a private investigator in the public and private sector. He earned a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his MEd in Elementary School Education from Grand Canyon University.
