Rochelle Day is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow and secondary science teacher at Pisgah High School in Brandon, Mississippi. She advocates for education that is both personalized and intentional, believing it fosters deeper engagement and lasting understanding. Rochelle has served on her school’s leadership team and has chaired the science department. She holds a BS in biology from Mississippi Valley State University, and has an MAT and MEd with a concentration in instructional leadership. Rochelle is pursuing an educational specialist degree in school leadership.
