Debra Lomax is a special education teacher at Harold Washington Elementary School, where she works with diverse learners in both the inclusionary and separate class settings. She is also the facilitator for her school’s instructional leadership team. Debra is a National Board Certified teacher and holds a master certificate as an Exceptional Needs Specialist. She received a BS in Biology and a certificate in Educational Methodology Research from the University of Illinois Chicago. She holds an MA in Special Education from Northeastern Illinois and an MA in Curriculum Instruction from Concordia University.
