Caroline Deck is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow and TK-3 resource specialist at Campbell School of Innovation in Campbell, California. She focuses on inclusion in the general education classroom, working with students with autism and disability theory. Caroline is a Teach For America (TFA) alumna and special education peer recruiter. She has experience with policy and public education philosophy research. Caroline earned a Universal Design for Learning credential (2023) and works to create inclusive spaces for students in all settings. She earned two bachelor’s in philosophy and science and technology studies from Cornell University, in addition to two teaching credentials in special education and general education from Loyola Marymount University, in partnership with TFA.
