Rajani Dhadral is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Harmony Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member. Rajani is a high school science teacher at Harmony School of Innovation in Katy, Texas. She teaches honors biology, AP environmental sciences, and AP chemistry. She also serves as a micro-credential ambassador at her campus as well as biology curriculum writer for the district. Rajani sponsors the STEM Scholars Academy through which students compete in regional and national STEM competitions; the HSI-Katy American Red Cross Club serving the American Red Cross mission; and organizes and hosts several engagement events at HSI-Katy. She holds a BS in biological and physical sciences with minors in chemistry and mathematics and an MEd in educational leadership.
