Dianna Saelens is a 2020-21 Kindergarten Readiness Innovator Teacher Leader with over 20 years of early childhood teaching and leadership experience. She currently serves as the Preschool For All Parent Coordinator & Head Start Instructional Coach for the Rock Island-Milan School District in Rock Island and previously served on the NAEYC Affiliate Advisory Council. Dianna has an MA in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University and a MA in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University. She also holds an Illinois Early Childhood Credential & Director’s Credential.
