Dillin Randolph is a 2020-2021 Teach Plus Illinois Policy Fellow. Dillin currently teaches Freshman and Honors Sophomore English at Niles West High School in Skokie, Illinois, where he serves as the district’s sponsor of African/Black/Caribbean Families Fostering Inspiring & Nurturing Independence for Today’s Youth (AFFINITY). He previously taught at Rolling Meadows High School where he served as the head wrestling coach as well as a founding member of the Building Equity Leadership Team (BELT). He earned his BA in English Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago, his MEd in Diversity and Equity in Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
