Nikki Dinofrio is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and early childhood education instructor at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. She teaches high school students who want to work in education. Previously, Nikki worked at the Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts program as lead teacher and then as program administrator, and has experience in early intervention, head start, and child care. She holds a Pennsylvania Level II permanent teaching certificate for preK-3 and K-6, as well as 7-12 family and consumer sciences. Nikki earned a BS in education from Bloomsburg University and a MEd in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in leadership. Nikki also has completed graduate work in literacy with a focus on early childhood education from East Stroudsburg University.
