Dominique Bonilla is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow who teaches debate, forensics, theatre, and critical reading at Springdale High School in Springdale. Dominique has previously taught English and served as the district ESOL coordinator and the Personnel Policy Committee president. Dominique was a fellow and teacher mentor in the Arkansas Teacher Corps program. She earned her BA in Theatre from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and an MEd in Reading Specialist and Dyslexia Therapy from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.
