Sara Donaldson is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Texas Harmony Senior Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member and is a K-2 Campus Instructional Coach and Interventionist at HSA Odessa. She focuses on equipping, developing, and mentoring teachers on her campus through coaching and support. She has previously taught 1st and 2nd grade, served as a department chair, and an accreditation member. Sara was named Campus Teacher of the Year (2020-2021). She earned her BA from Life Pacific University.
