Donna Shanklin is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Houston ISD Policy Fellow who teaches medically fragile and chronically ill students at Community Services High School in Houston. She provides itinerant education in hospitals, residential facilities, and homes and serves as a District MINT Leader for Beginning Teachers across the campus and district wide. She received her BBA in marketing from Prairie View A&M University, Alternative Certification in SPED HISD, and MEd in electronic education from the University of Phoenix.
