Felicia Dulaney is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Arkansas & Mississippi Policy Fellow and 6th grade mathematics teacher at Lovett Elementary in Clinton, Mississippi. She previously served as lead teacher, science fair coordinator, and Get Ready to Run coordinator at Obama Magnet Elementary School. Felicia was named Jackson Public Schools Rockstar Teacher two consecutive years (2024-2026) and holds a Mathematical Endorsement and Speech Associates License. She earned a BS in communicative disorders from Jackson State University, an MA in teaching from Mississippi College, and an EdS in psychometry from Jackson State University. Felicia is pursuing an EdD in educational leadership.
