Steve Dull is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Indiana Alumni Policy Fellow and 2026 Teach Plus National Teacher Policy Cabinet Executive Cabinet Member. He is a high school math teacher at Morton High School in Hammond, Indiana. Steve serves as math department chair and member of the School City of Hammond’s Teaching and Learning League. Steve began his career at Cimarron-Memorial High School in Las Vegas, and also taught at Gavit High School in Hammond. He was a mentor for the Indiana Department of Education’s Teacher Leader Bootcamp (2022–2023) and completed an education finance certificate through the Edunomics Lab at Georgetown University. Steve earned a BA in telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington and BS in secondary education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
