Dara Easterling is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Independence Mission Schools Teacher Leadership Project member and is a pre-K teacher and curriculum lead at St. Malachy. Dara began her educational career at St. Malachy as a student teacher at her current school and has since taught preschool through 2nd grade. She has been a member of the Catholic ID committee, Family and School Association, staff committee, and more. Dara received the Catechetical Awards (2000-2013), is a former NAATE Fellow, and a ClassDojo mentor. She has a BS in elementary education from Temple University, MEd in educational administration from Temple University, MA in curriculum and instruction: technology from Grand Canyon University, and an MA educational media design and technology from Full Sail University.
