Natalia Egan is a 2023-24 Teach Plus Texas Houston Policy Fellow. Natalia is a Special Education teacher working with self-contained Pre-K at Harvard Elementary in Houston, Texas. She is part of the Shared Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) at her campus. Natalia was Special Education Department Chair for the past 3 years in HISD. She is a member of the Greater Heights Democratic Club and a Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellowship alumna. Natalia earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.
