Elizabeth Rodriguez is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Elizabeth teaches 4th grade English language arts to bilingual students at BC Elmore Elementary in Houston, where she is a literacy specialist, UIL coordinator, and a Name that Book coordinator. Elizabeth has mentored teachers, led literacy initiatives, and has served on the Language Proficiency Assessment committees. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in Political Science and History.
