Ellen Foley is a Teach Plus Rhode Island Teaching Policy Fellow and a STEM Learning Facilitator at 360 High School focusing on math. Prior to joining 360, Ellen was a founding faculty member at Nowell Leadership Academy, a blended learning charter school for pregnant and parenting teenagers. She has spent 13 years at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform at Brown University, where she most recently served as Associate Director and Clinical Assistant Professor of Education in the Urban Education Policy Program. She holds an MA and a PhD in education from the University of Pennsylvania.
