Emily Gasca is a 2020-2021 Kindergarten Readiness Innovator Change Agent and is a kindergarten teacher at Edward Sadlowski Elementary School in Chicago. She serves on the Instructional Leadership team, Multi-Tiered System of Supports and leads the Kindergarten Readiness team. She previously worked with The New Teacher Center and the National Museum of Mexican Art, where she created culturally diverse art and literacy units. Emily graduated from Chicago State University with a BA in Bilingual Education and an MA in Reading Education.
