Emily Holtz is a Teach Plus New Mexico Teaching Policy Fellow. Emily teaches kindergarten at Colinas del Norte Elementary School and serves on the school’s community involvement team and district level calendar committee. Emily has previously served on the district implementation team for new curriculum and led the 3rd grade team as a model classroom for new curriculum. She graduated from Texas State University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and earned a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University-College Station.
