Ericka Davis is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow and is a 6th grade teacher leader, math department chairman, and teacher mentor at D. M. Smith Elementary School in Cleveland. Ericka has been named her campus’s Teacher of the Year and has received numerous accolades for high student achievement. She earned her BS in Biology from Delta State University and her MEd in Adult & Distance Learning from University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing her specialist in Educational Leadership and Administration at Belhaven University.
