Favor Ezewuzie-Lauber is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and reading specialist at Martin Luther King Elementary School in Dorchester, Massachusetts. She serves as the Multi-Tiered System of Supports coordinator and instructional leadership team member. Favor began her career in Chicago Public Schools as a grades 3 and 5 English language arts teacher, serving on her school’s instructional leadership team and English language learning committee. She earned a BA in elementary education and English as a second language from Wheaton College in Illinois and MEd in literacy from Clemson University.
