Fabiola Cordano is a Teach Plus Commonwealth Teaching Policy Fellow. Fabiola teaches 4th grade in an inclusion classroom at Young Achievers Science and Math School in Mattapan, Massachusetts, where she serves on her school’s site council and positive behavior incentive & supports team. Prior to teaching at Young Achievers, Fabiola taught 2nd grade at Orchard Gardens in Roxbury, Massachusetts, and taught kindergarten at the Joseph Hurley School in Boston. Fabiola earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology at UMass Boston and a MEd in Elementary Education with a specialty in English Language Learners in the Boston Teacher Residency Program through the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
