Elle Fleek is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and a focused instructional coach at Elm Park Community School in Worcester. She focuses on implementing early literacy instruction in upper elementary schools, small-group math instruction, and working as an active instructional learning team member to help all students achieve. She earned a dual BS in elementary education and English from Worcester State University and her MS in mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
