Carmen Flores is a 2025-2026 Philadelphia Affinity Group Network Facilitator and teacher at Esperanza Academy Charter School in Philadelphia, following 18 years at Alliance for Progress Charter School. She organizes resource fairs and initiatives for Puerto Rico and is an alumni of The Latino Partnership Institute. Carmen has a bachelor’s in human development and community engagement from Temple University and master’s in educational leadership from The American College of Education.
