Reed Fogleman is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Arkansas & Mississippi Policy Fellow and 7-12 grade language development teacher at Paragould High School in Paragould, Arkansas. She serves as head high school volleyball coach and Response to Intervention committee member. Reed previously served as a mentor teacher. She is National Board Certified, holds a Master Teacher designation, and is Lead Teacher certified. Reed earned a BS in kinesiology from the University of Arkansas and an MS in education in curriculum and instruction from Arkansas State University.
