Nicole Foley is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and reading specialist at Davenport Elementary School in Norristown, Pennsylvania. She serves as a school literacy lead and a member of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports team. Nicole previously was an English Language Development teacher, instructional literacy coach, and kindergarten teacher. She is a certified dyslexia practitioner and private tutor. Nicole earned a BS in early childhood education from California University of Pennsylvania, MEd in curriculum and instruction with a concentration in reading from Arcadia University, and MEd in curriculum and instruction with principal certification from Penn State University. She is certified in English as a Second Language from Immaculate University.
