Haley Ford is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Illinois Early Childhood Educator Policy Fellow. Haley is an early childhood special education CPS teacher at LaSalle II Magnet School in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the school’s instructional leadership team, a CPS Teacher Residency mentor, a co-founder of the school’s Parents as Partners initiative, and leads a Professional Education Community. Haley is a Teach for America Chicago alumna and a member of Viewing Our Children as Emerging Leaders associate board. She earned her BS in government and public policy and a minor in paralegal studies from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. She holds her MS in special education from Dominican University, and a PEL in special education and an endorsement in early childhood education.
