Tyler Ford is a 2025–2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow. He is a secondary math teacher at Clarendon High School and a school counselor at the freshman academy at North Little Rock High School in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Tyler has represented the mathematics department on the building leadership team and served on the campus events committee. At Clarendon High, he was Teacher of the Month (August 2023 and October 2023), Novice Teacher of the Year (2023-2024), and Teacher of the Year nominee (2024-2025). Tyler is a graduate student affiliate with the Arkansas School Counselor Association and a member of the American School Counselor Association. He obtained a BS in psychology with a minor in disaster preparedness and homeland security at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and is pursuing his MS in school counseling from the University of Central Arkansas.
