Kaelynn Foster is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Texas RISD Change Agent and Campus Math Specialist at Richland Elementary in Richardson Texas. Kaelynn is coaches new teachers in math instruction and supports planning for tier 1 instruction in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Kaelynn has also been a mentor for the past 3 years. Kaelynn’s previous teaching experience includes 4th and 5th grade math. She earned a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University and a Masters of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington.
