Carly Gaeta is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and 2nd grade teacher at John K. Tarbox Elementary School in Lawrence, Massachusetts. She is a part of the mentoring program, where she works with first- and second-year teachers to help them find their voice. Carly has served on the teacher leadership team at her school for the past four years and was awarded a Partnership Star Award from the Family Engagement Partnership Council for her work with family engagement (2021). Carly began her teaching career at West Elementary School in Andover, as a special education fellow working with 4th and 5th graders. She earned her BEd in elementary education and human development and MEd in moderate disabilities from Merrimack College.
