Efrain Garcia is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Texas Harmony Senior Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member and is a 7th and 8th grade science teacher leader at Harmony Science Academy in Austin. He is a district PLC lead and serves as a campus ILT member. Efrain was a Teacher of the Year finalist (2021-2022). He earned his BS in Philosophy and Liberal Studies from Portland State University, and is currently working on his MEd in Education Leadership from the University of Texas San Antonio.
