Jillian Geraghty is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Massachusetts Senior Policy Fellow and a literacy coach at the John F. Kennedy School in Boston. She believes that access and success for all learners begins with strong leadership. She began her career as a 3rd and 4th grade teacher and has over a decade of experience in the Boston Public School system. Jillian earned a BA in American studies from Wheelock College and an MEd in elementary education from University of Massachusetts-Boston
