Krystle Goff is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Krystle is a former special education teacher serving students ages of 3-5. She now is the targeted student program coordinator at 122nd Street Elementary School in Los Angeles, California. She focuses on supporting teachers in developing culturally responsive and relevant instruction for emergent bilinguals and standard English learners. She also supports teachers in restorative justice practices to fortify partnerships with students and families. Krystle was the teacher lead for the family action team at 99th Street Elementary School. Krystle received a BA in liberal studies from California State University Northridge, an administrative credential with an MEd in education leadership from the University of California Los Angeles, an MEd in special education from California State University Dominguez Hills, an education specialist credential in early childhood special education from Cal State University Dominguez Hills, and an early literacy foundations micro-credential from LAUSD Cohort 1 .
