Beverly Goodson is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow, and a 9th grade World Civilization and U.S. History teacher, and National Honor Society team member at West Side Leadership Academy in Gary, Indiana. She focuses on helping to design target academic and behavioral intervention for students. She served as the past Lead Teacher for freshmen and sophomores and Majorette Coach. Beverly was given an MTSS certificate (2020) and Certificate from the Bureau of Education & Research, Alsip, Il (2020). Beverly is an Associate Minister at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. She earned her BA in Theology from Grand Canyon University, MA in Divinity from Grand Canyon University, CTE in Health Services (Dental Assistance and Medical Coding), Vista, California, and currently an MA in Education from Indiana University Northwest in Gary, Indiana.
