LeAndra Grant is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and is a 2nd-grade teacher at Meadow Park Elementary in North Little Rock. She is a former dyslexia interventionist and focused on teaching students with dyslexia and other reading difficulties. LeAndra was awarded the Community Service award by Divinely Designed/ L.O.V.E.D. and is the recipient of 18 Presidential Service Awards for over 3,500 hours of community service. Heart and Hustle nominated LeAndra for Teacher of the Year. LeAndra is an Arkansas Teacher Corps Fellow and a board member of the Arkansas Autism Foundation. She earned her BS in General Studies with a focus on Education, Communication, and Social Sciences from Arkansas State University, an MS in Early Childhood Services from Arkansas State University, and an ESL credential from the University of Arkansas.
