Gregory L. Williams Jr. is a 2018-19 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Gregory teaches secondary English at Nathaniel Narbonne High School in Harbor City, California, where he coordinates and facilitates events for the school’s Black Student Union. In 2017, Gregory spoke at a symposium hosted by California State University, Dominguez Hills on African-American male teacher retention. He received his BS in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University and completed his teaching credential at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
