Tashika Harris is a 2025–2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow. She is a 6th-grade science and middle school Education Accelerated by Service and Technology Initiative teacher at Forest Heights STEM Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tashika provides after-school tutoring and enrichment opportunities for students at Eagle Camp. Previously, she participated in the Little Rock School District science curriculum team. Tashika was Forest Heights Middle School Teacher of the Year (2024-2025) and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She earned her BS in biology with a chemistry minor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
