Jason Hawley is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow, and 9th grade social studies and Pathways to Careers and Postsecondary (P-CAP) teacher at Union City Jr-Sr High School in Union City Indiana. He is a P-CAP leader who focuses on project-based learning. Jason has been a longtime building level union representative for various schools and was named a Collaborator Teacher of the Year (2023-2024). He earned his BA in education, with focuses in U.S. history, world history, government, and sociology, from Ball State University at Indiana.
