Mari Hayes is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Northwest Arkansas Working Group Member who serves as a 9-12th grade Academic Facilitator at Heritage High School in Rogers. She focuses on supporting and equipping teachers to elevate instruction and learning, especially in the areas of Science, ESOL, and special education. She’s previously served as a Specialist in ESOL Curriculum and Instruction, English Language Development teacher, head pre-engineering teacher, and competition robotics sponsor and coach. Mari is a past Robert Noyce Teacher Fellow for STEM education. She earned her BS in Biological Sciences as well as her MAT in Secondary Science Education from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and her MEd in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas Tech University.
