Caylan Healy is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Michigan Policy Fellow and high school counselor at The International Academy Okma Campus in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She is also a part-time educator for Greenways Academy, an online institution for students in Michigan and Oregon. Caylan facilitates The International Academy’s International Baccalaureate travel enrichment programs and led a student cohort on an educational expedition to Iceland (2026). Previously, she taught high school social studies in Rochester, where she was an Advanced Placement Psychology teacher for 12 years. Caylan earned a BA in interdisciplinary social science community relations and BA in secondary education from Michigan State University, and MA in education and private counseling. She is a professionally licensed, state-certified counselor.
