Dr. Sydney Heath is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow and a 6th-grade math inclusion teacher and mentor teacher at Bay-Waveland Middle School in Bay Saint Louis. Sydney serves as the district coordinator for students with significant cognitive disabilities. Sydney is a National Board Certified Teacher. Sydney received an MEd in education from xxx, an EdS in instructional leadership from William Carey College and an EdD in education administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
