Jadaci Henderson is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow. Jadaci is a Kindergarten teacher at College Station Elementary in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jadaci began her teaching career in Pine Bluff, Arkansas where she taught 2nd-4th grades in the Watson Chapel School District. She also served as the head varsity cheer coach. Jadaci is a current fellow of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund Teacher Quality and Retention Program and works as a Praxis Exam tutor with Fletcher Education Solutions. She earned her BS in elementary education from The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and she is currently completing her MEd in educational leadership from Arkansas State University.
