Herb Singleton is working on student attendance rates. Herb teaches 5th grade special education at Bond Elementary. He has participated in several school leadership teams and has led a school-based scout troop, coached basketball, and initiated a school gardening project. Herb holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University of Chicago, a MA in Political and Justice Studies and a BA in Educational Administration from Governors State University, a MA in Teaching from National Louis University and a JD of Law from Howard University School of Law.
