Mary Hill is a 2025–2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and teaches 7th-grade English language arts at Greer Lingle Middle School in Rogers, Arkansas. She serves on her school’s Guiding Coalition leadership team and supports student growth in literacy and critical thinking through inclusive, student-centered instruction. Now entering her ninth year as an educator, Mary has taught kindergarten and 4th grades, as well as 6th and 7th grade literacy, all in Rogers. At her previous school, she served on the Gifted and Talented Staffing Committee and was team lead for several years. Mary is a recipient of the Heart of the Lion award, recognizing her dedication and positive impact within the school community. She obtained a BA in elementary education and an English for Speakers of Other Languages credential, both from the University of Arkansas.
