Stephanie Holmberg is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and K-5 art teacher at Baresville Elementary School in South Western School District in Hanover, Pennsylvania. She prioritizes developing students’ creative thinking skills, personal meaning-making, and cultural learning through the arts. Stephanie has completed the York County’s Leadership for Diverse Schools program and served as a teacher liaison to administration. She teaches professional development sessions related to creativity and serves as the K-5 specialist grade-level leader, K-12 art curriculum co-chair, and grading and assessment committee representative. Stephanie earned her BA in art history from Pennsylvania State University, MS in art education from McDaniel College, and EdD in educational leadership with a concentration in creativity and innovation from Drexel University.
